Being an Arborist!

When you become an arborist, it takes your life in a whole new direction. You learn many new things and eventually it becomes a life long career. That’s how I started out. 16 years ago I decided to become an arborist by opening up my business. At first it was a bit of a rocky road, and at times I felt defeated. But I kept pushing through, and with my work, and words of wisdom from my customers I became successful.

being an arborist is one of the most dangerous jobs of all times, why? Because when you cut down trees you have to know exactly what your doing, exactly where you plan to fall the tree, and have backup plans in the event something happens. One wrong move and a tree could come down and crush you, kill you, or severely injure you. That’s why when I go look at trees I look at every aspect from the danger of the tree, to the temperment of the tree, to see if I can climb it or if I need to use a boom truck or lift. I have to be extremely careful and cautious when it comes to this work.
